Quotation Adjustment: Carry My Pet reserves the right to revise any quotation in the event of changes to airline charges, fuel surcharges, governmental levies, or any additional costs imposed by third parties.
Right to Cancel: Carry My Pet may, at its discretion, cancel any booking that falls outside the scope of its services or contravenes internal policies. In such cases, refunds shall be processed after deducting applicable consultation fees and operational expenses already incurred.
International Export bookings: Cancellations will incur a fee of AED 500 plus operational expenses already incurred.
Import bookings: No cancellation fee will apply except for operational expenses incurred during processing.
Payment Terms: Full payment of service charges must be received prior to the pet’s departure. Payments may be made via cash, cheque, bank transfer, or any approved digital payment method.
Third-Party Payments: Where payment is made on the Client’s behalf by a third-party organization, a formal acceptance letter from such organization must be furnished prior to shipment.
Refunds shall be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days upon receipt of a valid refund request and all requisite supporting documentation. Refund eligibility will be subject to verification of compliance with this Policy. Approved refunds shall be credited to the original mode of payment.
Damaged on Delivery: If a crate arrives damaged or with missing items, the Client must provide an unboxing video. Upon verification, a full refund or replacement shall be issued.
Undispatched Orders: A 100% refund shall be provided.
In-Transit Orders: Orders already in transit are non-cancellable.
Report Delays: Carry My Pet shall not be liable for delays in laboratory report generation.
Failed Test: In the event that a pet fails the titre test, Carry My Pet assumes no liability as it acts solely as a facilitator.
Sample Dispatched: Once a serum sample has been dispatched to the laboratory, the order shall be deemed final and non-cancellable.
Un-testable Samples: Where a laboratory declares a sample un-testable, no refund shall be issued.
