Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah has taken a big step in pet-friendly travel by adding 14 new sea view pet-friendly rooms, the first of their kind at Palm West Beach. These spacious rooms with large private terraces are now available for guests traveling with dogs and cats, marking a strong move in Dubai’s hospitality scene.
Located on the second floor of the luxury resort, the new pet-friendly rooms blend modern design with outdoor living. Each terrace has loungers, shade umbrellas and uninterrupted views of Dubai Marina, perfect for families, couples and pet owners looking for comfort and style.
What makes these rooms special is not just the outdoor spaces, but the premium amenities for pets and owners. Dog beds, food and water bowls, bespoke treats and a branded “Pet in Room” door hanger are part of the welcome pack. Guests also receive complimentary take-home gifts such as a chew toy and a walking man for local strolls.
The resort’s restaurants are also joining the pet-friendly push. Two of Marriott’s ten dining venues, Myami Lounge & Restaurant and Bal Harbour Beach, now offer dedicated pet menus and shaded outdoor seating where guests can dine with their pets.
Pets are welcome not just in the rooms and restaurants, but in designated areas across the property, including the Fountain Area and part of the second-floor corridor. Guests can also take their pets for scenic walks along the nearby Palm West Beach Promenade, known for sunrise and sunsets strolls.
Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah continues to offer an extensive list of facilities, including a 75-metre pool, private beach access, Saray Spa, 24-hour fitness centre and a kid’s club. This new pet-friendly option joins a growing trend in luxury travel, where more hotels welcome pets as a part of their core experience. Dubai is quickly becoming a top choice for pet-friendly luxury stays, and Marriott’s latest updates show how hospitality brands are adapting to evolving guest needs.
