Dubai Marriott Launches First 5-Star Pet-Friendly Staycation

Dubai’s Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah has introduced “Pawfect Stay on the Palm," positioning itself as one of the most premium pet-friendly hotels in Dubai.The new offering makes the resort the first five-star property on Palm West Beach to officially welcome guests travelling with their cats and dogs.

The launch reflects the growing demand for luxury pet-friendly staycations in the UAE, as more travellers look for high-end accommodations that include their pets without compromising comfort or service standards.

The pet-friendly staycation at Marriott Palm Jumeirah is limited to selected Palm Seaview Rooms with Terrace, allowing pets secure outdoor access while ensuring the rest of the resort remains pet-free. This approach balances exclusivity, hygiene, and guest comfort.

• Pet stays are available only in designated Palm Seaview Rooms with Terrace
• Up to two pets, dogs or cats only, are allowed per room
• Maximum weight allowed is approximately 25 kg per pet
• Non-refundable pet fee of around AED 300 per night, per room 
• Pets may pass through the lobby only while in transit and are not allowed to stay in common indoor areas

Guests booking the five-star pet-friendly staycation in Dubai also receive a premium welcome for their pets. Each stay includes treats, a pet bed, food and water bowls, a chew toy, a “Pet in Room” door hanger, and a walking map to help guests explore nearby pet-friendly spaces.

Dining has also been thoughtfully adapted to include pets. The resort allows pet-inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner options, either in-room or at selected venues. Designated pet-friendly dining zones include MYAMI, Bal Harbour Beach, the Fountain Area, and the Promenade, all offering shaded seating and dedicated pet menus.

To further enhance the experience, Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah has partnered with UAE-based brands Furchild Pet Nutrition and Pet World UAE. These collaborations provide premium pet food, accessories, and exclusive in-house offers, creating a completer and more trusted pet-care experience for travelling pet owners.
